Strength zone
The spacious strength zone offers fitness machines, free weights, as well as equipment for rehabilitation exercises. Whether you come to lift heavy weights or just stretch, you can rely on the quality equipment in which we take pride in every zone of our fitness club.
On top of machines and free weights, the strength zone offers everything you may need for a creative strength training: TRX, expanders, resistance bands, jump ropes, medicine balls, TRX, overballs, foam rollers, plyo boxes and everything else you can use for individual training.

We have equipped it with the most modern Technogym machines with LCD screens, which you can connect to your smartphone or smart watch via the My Wellness application. After logging in, you have your applications, such as Netflix, Instagram, Youtube and others, available during the workout, so you can experience "multitasking" in the most pleasant form.
The smart technologies in our gym will not only make your training more pleasant, but also easier.
