During the summer season, we also organize outdoor yoga in the fresh air at attractive locations throughout Prague, including the regular Sunset Flow on the terrace of the Astrid building in Holešovice. To deepen your yoga practice, we prepare Yoga Brunches every month - thematic classes and workshops followed by brunch at our Vinohrady branch.
